Two vehicle parking pass and parking instructions

Vendor ID badges (up to 4 per vendor). Vendors must wear ID badges at all times to enter/exit Festival venues.

Complete vendor application AND pay $25 applcation fee

Decision to accept application notification AND vendor reservation invoice sent

Obtain Food Permit from the City of Fort Worth and an insurance certificate listing Unity Unlimited, Inc. / Juneteenth Family Reunion Festival as additional insured

Email required permits and insurance certificate listing Unity Unlimited, Inc as additional insured to: info@juneteenthfamilyreunionfestival.com. Use “2024 VENDOR” as the subject.
