THANK YOU FOR DESIRING TO BE A VENDOR AT JUNETEENTH FAMILY REUNION FESTIVAL! PLEASE REVIEW ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT JOINING THE TEAM. WE ARE PLANNING A FUN, FAMILY-FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE FOR ALL AGES.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE THE HEARTBEAT OF THE FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE, AND WE ARE GLAD THAT YOU ARE CONSIDERING BEING A PART.

VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS

VENDOR RATES:

  • ​Food & Beverage Vendors ( Non Alcoholic)

    • $250

​

  • Adult Beverages (Vendors are able to sell food as well ) TABC required

    • $750

​

  • Retail Vendors

    • $250/per day

    • ​Information Only Vendors

    • $75 â€‹

​

Vendors Package Includes

  • Two vehicle parking pass and parking instructions

  • Vendor ID badges (up to 4 per vendor). Vendors must wear ID badges at all times to enter/exit Festival venues.

  • 10'x10' Tent, 2 chairs, and 6ft table

APPLICATION PROCESS

​

  • Review vendor rates and requirements 

​

  • Complete vendor application AND pay $25 applcation fee

​

  • Decision to accept application notification AND vendor reservation invoice sent

​

  • Obtain Food Permit from the City of Fort Worth and an insurance certificate listing Unity Unlimited, Inc. / Juneteenth Family Reunion Festival as additional insured

  • Make vendor reservation payment 

​

  • Communication from Vendor Management Coordinator will be received with further instructions
